Residents are advised that upon thorough evaluation by the Pelham Manor Fire and Police Departments, ConEdison and Veolia, it appears the situation is stemming from a private lateral water line connection. This private utility line supports critical operating systems throughout the buildings. The management company is actively devising a restoration plan. Please avoid this area and note the businesses are temporarily closed. We will continue to provide the community with information as we are made aware.
