At last night's Village Board meeting, Mayor Jennifer Lapey administered the oath of office to Village Treasurer Kyle Booth, who has served as Pelham Manor's Deputy Treasurer since 2021. Mr. Booth holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from Siena College and joined Pelham Manor from the private sector. Mr. Booth's wife, Erin, was also in attendance.
A robust crowd, including many former Pelham Manor Mayors, as well as several current and former members of the Pelham Manor Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals, turned out to wish Village Manager John Pierpont well in retirement. The Trustees presented Mr. Pierpont with a proclamation, recognizing his 28 years of outstanding service. Mr. Pierpont's wife Dianne, and his children Andrew and Emily, joined the Board in a standing ovation. We wish Mr. Pierpont the best and thank resident Gianni Magnani for capturing the moment in a wide angle shot!
