There has been a water main break in the City of New Rochelle right on the border of the Village of Pelham Manor. This may cause some Pelham Manor residents to experience brown water. Caution should be taken if you intend to do laundry because this discoloration may cause staining. The Village has not received any notice from the Westchester County Department of Health with regard to using this water for any purpose. Veolia is on sight making repairs.
