Our current website has served us well, but we are excited to announce that we will be launching a redesigned website on Tuesday, August 22. This enhancement allows for more efficient maintenance of the back-end of the platform, which will provide the front-end user with an improved experience. There is one critical step for recipients of our email communications to take. While we are able to bring you with us, we need you to confirm you would like to stay connected. It will only take one click! An outline of how this will occur is as follows:
In the morning, on Monday, August 21, you will receive an email from "listserv@civicplus.com" with the subject "Information on Your Subscriptions (Confirmation Needed)" - all you will need to do is click the link within the email to confirm you would like to stay connected with us. A sample of what the email will look like is located in the picture below, it has an arrow pointing to the link you must click when you receive the email on Monday, August 21.

Once you click the link, you will be brought to the internet and you should see a message that reads "You will now receive emails from the following list: Pelham Manor News and Announcements" - this means you're done! You successfully confirmed you would like to stay connected with us. A sample is provided below.

After you see this message, you may simply close the internet and carry on with your day as planned. If you experience any difficulties, please reach out to Lindsey Luft, Village Manager, at 914-738-8820. The redesigned website will officially launch mid-day Tuesday, August 22. We will be utilizing the same web address that we use currently, www.pelhammanor.org for a seamless transition. We will send an email from the new website after launch is complete. We look forward to providing our residents with this new online experience.
