We are proud to announce the accessible entrance to the second floor of Village Hall is fully operational! Today, Mayor Lapey kicked-off the use of the enhancement with a ribbon cutting. Pelham residents Robert and Paul Anzilotti joined Village leadership for the celebration. Their company, Structural Contracting Services, Inc., was the successful bidder for the project. This improvement was achieved through long-term planning, without incurring municipal debt, and utilized State funding sources.
