All municipal meetings for the Village of Pelham Manor take place at Village Hall (4 Penfield Pl) in our meeting room on the second floor.

The accessible entrance to the second floor is fully operational and located on the side of Village Hall.

Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees meetings are typically held on the Second and Fourth Monday of each month, with variations as needed. The agenda for the Board of Trustees meetings is posted the Friday afternoon prior to a meeting. In addition to attending our meetings in-person, you may watch our Board of Trustees meeting live on Vimeo or on our Facebook page.

Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals typically meets the fourth Wednesday of the month. Legal notice is provided in the journal news. The meeting date and time are also populated on our website calendar (located on the homepage of this website).

Planning Board

The Planning Board serves as an advisory board to the Board of Trustees. Therefore, meetings are held as-needed. When meetings are needed, the meeting date and time is populated on our website calendar.
